Chocolate cream-filled donuts: the recipe to make them at home

Ingredients:
70g sugar
650g manitoba flour
1 cube fresh yeast
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
100g butter
100ml water
7g salt
1 lemon
 
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in water and then add to the flour. Stir and add all the ingredients gradually. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for 2 hours. Then roll it out and form circles. Let rise for another hour and deep fry in boiling oil. Then coat in sugar and fill with chocolate and cream.
