Rice salad with zucchini: a fresh and perfect dish to fight the heat

Ingredients:
Rice (to taste)
1 or 2 zucchini
1 can of tuna
salt
Parsley
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
Lemon peel
 
Directions:
Cook the rice, then let it cool. Cut and cook the zucchini in a pan with garlic, oil and salt.
Put the rice, tuna, oil, parsley, salt and grated lemon peel in a bowl. Finally add the cooled zucchini and mix everything together.
