Baked fluffy donut recipe

Ingredients:
125g of flour 00 -
125g Manitoba flour
40g for the worktop
1 egg
30ml sunflower oil
10g fresh yeast
100ml milk
50g caster sugar
1 teaspoon honey
peel of an orange
To decorate:
powdered sugar to taste
 
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and mix all the ingredients until smooth. Put in a bowl and let rise for 3 hours covered with plastic wrap. Then shape the donuts and bake at 170 °C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
