Red onion cream: a simple side dish recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg red onions
Olive oil
salt
100g brown sugar
150g vinegar
Directions:
Cut the onions and put them in water, then transfer them in a pan with oil. Cook for about 20 minutes and add the brown sugar and salt halfway through cooking. Then add the vinegar and let it evaporate for 10 minutes. Then blend and put in the jars. Close them tightly in a bain-marie.
