She weaves the dough and stuffs it: a recipe for every occasion

Ingredients:
Pizza dough (500-600g)
4 potatoes, medium
Onion
Salt
Pepper
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
Olive oil
1 egg yolk
 
Directions:
Roll out the pizza dough (you can easily buy it, if you prefer to prepare it in case here is the recipe: https://www.cookist.com/homemade-pizza-recipe/) and cut strips on one side. Stuff with potatoes, previously heated and mix with salt, pepper, onion, sauce and oil. Weave and roll up. Then brush egg yolk and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 45/50 minutes.
