Olive oil pond cake: soft and fragrant, perfect for breakfast or as a snack

Ingredients:
240g sugar
4 whole eggs
240g all-purpose flour
40g orange juice
2g salt
peel of 2 citrus fruits
8g baking powder
128g olive oil
88g all-purpose flour
powdered sugar to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients to make a creamy mixture and pour everything into a cake mold. Using a spatula, dig a hole in the center of the mixture and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 60 minutes and allow it to cool.
