Savory flower pizza: a tasty meal to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
1 egg white
1/2 glass of oil
200 ml hot milk
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
500 gr flour
Stuffed:
2 onions
Parsley
250 gr ricotta
1 egg
Chili and pepper (optional)
Preparation:
Pour egg white, oil and milk into a large bowl. Then add the yeast, sugar and salt. Mix and add the flour. Work all well and let rise until doubled.
Meanwhile, fry the onion, then add the ricotta, parsley and egg.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, stuff it and create a flower as the video shows.
Brush the yolk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 45 minutes. Finally add some cheese.
