Fluffy dinner rolls: the easy recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
10 g of dry yeast
25 g of sugar
360 g of warm milk
8 g salt
30 g of soft butter
250 g of flour
250 g of 00 flour for desserts
15 g of melted butter for brushing
Preparation:
In a planetary mixer pour the milk and add sugar and yeast. After 10 minutes add the two flours, salt and butter. Knead the dough also by hand and then put it to rise until doubling the volume (in the oven with the light on).
Make 40g loaves each. Always let them rest in the oven for 40 minutes.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 15/18 minutes and then brush with butter.
