Homemade crispy bread: the simple way to make it perfect

Ingredients:
Dough:
350 gr flour
5 gr yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
210 ml water
30 gr oil
Directions:
In a large container, sift all the dry ingredients. Mix them and add water and oil. Knead the dough until soft. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Then knead the dough again and put it to rise until doubled in volume.
Finally make some cuts on the surface and add a little flour. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 60 minutes.
