Fried chicken balls with bread: the tip to make them perfect

Ingredients:
400 gr chicken breast
1 egg
1 shallot
A few slices of ginger
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of white wine
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
Flour to taste
Slices of bread for crust
Directions:
Cut the chicken into cubes and put it in a bowl. Beat an egg and pour it over the chicken, add shallots, ginger, soy, wine, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Cut the bread into very small cubes and beat the eggs.
Spend each chicken cube in the flour, eggs and bread. Fry in hot oil.
