How to prepare delicious and fluffy pita bread

Ingredients:
200 ml water
15 gr fresh yeast
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of salt
400 gr flour
Seed oil
Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and then add sugar, salt and flour.
Form a loaf and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Then divide it into four parts and spread them out. Let stand another 15 minutes and then bake at 356°F (180°) for 10/15 minutes.
