Potato bread rolls: the easy recipe to make them at home

Ingredients:
Dough:
300 ml hot milk
100 ml oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
650-700 gr flour
10 gr dry yeast
Filling:
8 potatoes
1 onion
salt
Spices to taste
Directions:
In a bowl whisk the eggs and sugar, then add the milk and oil. Add salt, dry yeast and flour. Make a uniform dough and let it rest for about 2 hours.
Boil the potatoes and stir-fry the onion. Then mash the potatoes and add the onion.
Form your sandwiches and stuff them, let them rest for 20 minutes.
Then brush an egg yolk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-25 minutes.
