Fluffy and stuffed bread rolls: a recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
1 package dry yeast
200 ml warm milk
200 ml warm water
100 ml oil
2 egg whites
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
500 gr flour
Cumin (optional)
Ricotta and spinach for filling
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in milk and water, then add oil and egg whites. Add sugar, salt and flour. Knead the dough well and let it rise for about 2 hours.
Then divide it into equal portions and stuff them forming the sandwiches.
Let stand 30 minutes and then brush the yolk. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 35 minutes.
