Potato focaccia bread: the tasty recipe to make it fluffy

Ingredients:
500 gr potatoes
500 gr flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Hot water to taste
Directions:
Cut the potatoes and boil them, then blend them.
Mix flour, baking powder, potatoes, sugar and salt. Add water if necessary and form a uniform dough. Let rise until doubled and then divide it into loaves.
Cover them and let them rest for 20 minutes.
Then spread them and cook in a non-stick pan.
