Fluffy bread rolls with semolina flour: easy and so delicious

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
200 gr semolina flour
300 ml warm water
7 gr dry yeast
6 gr baking powder
3 tablespoons of oil
salt
Directions:
Mix the two flours, then add the water. Add dry yeast and baking powder and then add oil and salt.
Form a soft dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Then divide it into 9 equal parts and spread them using the semolina flour.
Leave them to rest for 20 minutes and then bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
