Stuffed bread: the recipe to make it in a pan

Ingredients:
Dough:
200 ml hot water
100 ml hot milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 yolk
30 ml oil
650 gr flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Filling:
300 gr cheese to taste
180-200 gr chives
50 gr dill
30 gr parsley
1 egg white
Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Dough: in a bowl mix water, milk, salt and yolk. Then add the flour, baking powder and oil. Form a loaf and leave to rest for 15/20 minutes.
Filling: chopped chives, dill and parsley. Then mix with cheese, egg white and salt.
Divide the dough into small loaves and let stand another 15 minutes.
Then roll them out, stuff them and cook in a pan with butter.
