Roasted eggplant in olive oil: the perfect side dish to try

INGREDIENTS
2 eggplants
Olive oil
Oregano
Salt
Garlic 
 
METHOD
  1. Cut eggplant into rings. Salt them and let them drain.
  2. Grill them in a pan.
  3. Arrange in jars eggplant, garlic, and oregano.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and close the jars.
