Grape cake: perfect for a tasty and sweet snack!

Soft and delicious, try it with any type of grape!INGREDIENTS
100ml milk
100ml water
13g fresh yeast
500g flour
1 egg
100g sugar
50ml olive oil
salt
300g small purple grapes
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the yeast in milk and water. Gradually add the flour.
2. Add the egg, sugar, olive oil and salt.
3. knead the dough and let it rise for two hours.
4. divide the dough in half. Cover the bottom of a cake pan with half of the dough.
5. add the grapes and cover with the remaining dough
6. bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
