Mondeghili, the Milanese meatballs that drive everyone crazy

Serves 6:
200g Boiled Beef
1/2 Boiled Hen
100g Mortadella Di Bologna
200g potatoes
Parsley
1 clove of garlic
3 eggs
30g grated cheese
Oil For Deep Frying
100g breadcrumbs
Directions:
Mix the mortadella, meat, chicken, garlic and parsley in a blender. Boil the potatoes and mash them in the meat mixture. Add salt, an egg and grated cheese. Mix well until smooth.
Then form the meatballs, dip them in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs. Deep fry and serve.
