BEER TIRAMISU: the creamy dessert with a unique flavor!

INGREDIENTS (serves 4 individual portions)
For the coffee-beer syrup:
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) coffee
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) beer
 
For the egg mixture:
50ml (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) beer
6 egg yolks
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
 
For the cream:
250ml (1 cup) heavy cream
100g (1/2 cup) mascarpone
16 ladyfingers
 
Unsweetened cocoa powder, to taste
 
METHOD
1. Pour the beer and sugar into a small saucepan, place over heat, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Add the coffee and cook, stirring for a few minutes, until the alcohol has evaporated. Let cool completely.
3. In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer until pale, thick, and fluffy.
4. Slowly pour in the beer, mixing continuously.
5. In another bowl, combine the mascarpone and cold heavy cream and whip until thick and firm.
6. Gently fold the egg mixture into the mascarpone cream using a spatula, mixing from the bottom up.
7. Assemble the beer tiramisu: quickly dip the ladyfingers into the soaking liquid and place a first layer in the serving cups. Add about 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cream and smooth the surface.
8. Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers and finish with a final layer of cream.
9. Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder before serving.
