Soft cocoa squares: the delicious dessert no one will resist

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
2 eggs
100 g of sugar
60 ml of vegetable oil
70 ml of milk
140 g of flour
7 g of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of vanilla
- For the chocolate sauce:
50 g of sugar
200 ml of milk
30 g of butter
1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
100 g of dark chocolate
70 g of coconut for coating
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar, then add oil and milk.
2. Now add sifted dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
3. Pour in a mold and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
4. Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Then bring to a boil.
5. Add dark chocolate and stir to dissolve.
6. Cut the cake in squares and dip them in the chocolate mixture.
7. Then coat into grated coconut.
