Eggplant recipes: you really need to try these two tasty ideas

Ingredients:
2 large eggplants
Salt
Flour q.b.
Water
2 eggs
100 ml of milk
Oregano
Breadcrumbs
Frying oil
Directions:
1. Peel the eggplant and cut one into cubes and one into slices.
2. Place the slices on a baking sheet and season with salt.
3. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
4. Wash the cubes in salt water and then dry them.
5. Pass them in flour and fry in hot oil.
6. Serve with arugula, tomato and feta.
7. Make a batter with eggs, milk, flour and oregano.
8. Stuff the medallions, pass them in the batter and then in the breadcrumbs.
9. Fry in hot oil and taste them.
