Chicken thighs in creamy sauce: the recipe to make a tasty meat dish

Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of water
4-5 tbsp of sour cream
Fresh parsley
Butter
2 tbsp of paprika
2 tbsp of flour
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 cup of rice
Directions:
1. Season meat with salt, pepper and olive oil.
2. Mix oil and butter in a pan, let melt then fry chicken thighs in it until crispy on both sides. Then set aside.
3. Fry diced onion, garlic and tomatoes in the same pan. Flavor using some paprika.
4. Add flour, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.
5. Now move the chicken in the pan again. Put the lid on and let simmer for 25 minutes.
6. When done, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
7. To make the sauce creamier, add sour cream.
8. Serve with some boiled rice.
