Baked zucchini omelette: the recipe for a light and tasty meal

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
2 green onions
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 garlic clove
6 g of paprika
4 eggs
Chili pepper (optional)
Fresh basil
1 large tomato
Grated cheese
80 g of shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini and green onion.
2. Place in a tray with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
3. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
4. Whisk the eggs with chili pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder, then pour on top of baked zucchini from before.
5. Top with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves and sliced tomato.
6. Bake again for another 20 minutes.
