Avocado tarts: the recipe to make a tasty appetizer in no time

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 avocados
Lemon juice
Chives
50 g of yogurt
50 g of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Bread
Directions:
1. Cut the avocado and scoop out the pulp using a spoon.

2. Mix with some lemon juice.
3. Slice the bread, place in a tray with some baking paper on the bottom and sprinkle with olive oil.
4. Toast in the oven at 180° for 5 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, boil the eggs.
6. Now mix chopped chives, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
7. Cut hard boiled eggs in small pieces and mix them with the avocado pulp, then add the yogurt mixture too.
8. Now make the tarts by rubbing toasted bread with garlic before the stuffing.
