Avocado bread: how to make it tasty and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
3 eggs
80g (2/5 cup) sugar
300g (2 2/5 cups) flour
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
130g (1/2 cup) melted butter 
50g chopped almonds
 
METHOD
  1. Blend chopped avocado with eggs and melted butter.
  2. In a bowl mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, nutmeg, salt, almonds, and avocado mixture.
  3. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 170°C (340°F ) for 1 hour.
