Cauliflower casserole: the recipe to make a delicious meal

Ingredients:
530 g of cauliflower
Salt
60 g of kale
70 g of carrot
200 g of cottage cheese
80 g of gouda cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp of sour cream
Black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Directions:
1. Cut cauliflower in pieces, season with salt and place in a tray.
2. Add cabbage, carrots and cottage cheese.
3. Whisk eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and minced meat.
4. Pour on top of the vegetables.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
