Chicken and zucchini croquettes: the recipe to make a tasty meal in no time

Ingredients: 
300 g of zucchini 
350 g of chicken breast 
40 g of breadcrumbs 
1 egg 
Salt and pepper 
Garlic powder 
40 g of grated cheese
Flour 
Vegetable oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Finely grate zucchini, season with salt and let sit for 15 minutes. 
2. Grind chicken meat and mix with squeezed zucchini, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic and grated cheese. 
3. Mix into a smooth batter then shape into little balls with wet hands. 
4. Then coat them with flour. 
5. Cook in a pan with hot vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes.
