Potato and bacon savory pie: the recipe to make a tasty meal in a few minutes

Ingredients:
250 g of puff pastry
400 g of potatoes
Salt and pepper
60 g of bacon
60 g of salami
2 tbsp of sour cream
1 egg
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
50 g of gouda cheese
Directions:
1. Peel, dice and boil potatoes.
2. Spread sour cream all over puff pastry.
3. Then fill with potatoes, bacon and salami. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Fold the edges to close the pie.
5. Brush with whisked egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Lastly, drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 20-25 minutes.
8. Cover with gouda cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
