Swivel brioche with jam: the recipe for a sweet and delicious breakfast

Ingredients:
500 g of bread flour
15 g of fresh brewer's yeast
120 g of sugar
160 ml of milk
80 g of butter
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
250 g of jam
1 tsp of vanillin
1 egg + 2 tbsp of milk for brushing
Directions:
1. Mix flour, crumbled yeast, 1 tsp of sugar and a bit of milk to dissolve it. 2
2. Now add all fo the sugar, 1 egg, what's left of the milk, vanillin, salt and butter.
3. Knead until you get a smooth and even dough.
4. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
5. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and cut in 3 equal stripes.
6. Stuff with jam and close sealing the edges.
7. Now place them in a mold coated with baking paper and shape into a swivel.
8. Brush with whisked egg and milk, cover and let rise 1 hour more.
9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 45-50 minutes.
10. Decorate with more jam and powdered sugar.
