Vegetables flan: the recipe to make a tasty weeknight meal

Ingredients:
1 potato
1 carrot
Salt
Broccoli
1 red bell pepper
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
200 ml of sour cream
2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
50 g of grated cheese
Directions:
1. Cut potato, carrot and broccoli in pieces and boil them in salted water.
2. Add chopped bell pepper.
3. Aside, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Then add sour cream, too.
4. Now mix in breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
5. Brush some oil at the bottom of a casserole, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
6. Place boiled vegetables and pour the egg mixture on top.
7. Bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
