Stuffed pan fried buns: the recipe to make them fluffy and savory

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
500 g of bread flour
7 g of instant dry yeast
250 ml of water
5 g of salt
- For the filling:
250 g of ground beef (or other meats)
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
Minced ginger
1 stalk of spring onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp of water
Direcrtions:
1. For the dough: mix flour, yeast, salt and water.
2. Knead for 15 minutes.
3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
4. Cut the dough and divide in 16 pieces.
5. Mix all of the ingredients to make the filling.
6. Flatten the dough, stuff and shape the buns.
7. Fry them in a pan with some oil until golden brown on both sides.
