Chicken and cauliflower: how to make a delicious casserole

Ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
Half an onion
300 g of minced chicken meat
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Garlic powder
1 cup of white wine
Fresh parsley
1 medium cauliflower
300 ml of cooking cream
Grated cheese
Directions:
1. Stir fry chopped garlic, onion and olive oil in a pan.
2. Then add meat and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
3. Cook at low heat and pour in wine. Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
4. Add parsley and set aside.
5. Finely blend the cauliflower and cook for a couple of minutes.
6. Add cream and continue cooking until it becomes thick.
7. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and grated cheese.
8. Assemble the casserole layering the ingredients.
9. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
10. Bake at 200° for 15-20 minutes.
