Lemon bread: the recipe for a soft and fragrant dessert

Ingredients:
1 lemon
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
230 g of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
60 ml of seeds oil
150 ml of kefir
240 g of flour
50 g of starch
16 g of baking powder
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and salt in a bowl.
2. Then gradually add sugar and blend into a smooth batter.
3. Then add oil, vanilla extract and kefir.
4. Stir in flour, starch and baking powder.
5. Lastly blend lemon zest and mix into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan.
7. Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
