Stuffed onions: the tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
2 large onions
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 zucchini
Salt and pepper
Paprika
100 g of tomato sauce
60 ml of water
120 g of basmati rice
Parsley
200 ml of vegetable broth
60 g of tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the onions, then boil them for 9 minutes.
2. Finely dice 1/2 onion and stir fry it in a pan with olive oil. Add chopped carrot and zucchini, too.
3. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Then cook for 4 minutes.
4. Pour in tomato sauce and rice. Add water and cook over low heat for another 5-6 minutes.
5. Lastly add chopped parsley.
6. Stuff onion layers with the rice and vegetables mixture and roll to close.
7. Place stuffed onion in a pan.
8. Aside, mix broth, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Then pour the mixture on the pan.
9. Cover with a plate and cook over low heat for 12 minutes.
