Egg Biryani: the tasty one-pot recipe everyone will love

Ingredients:
Laurel leaves
Anise
Cloves
Turmeric
Eggplants
Olive oil
Paprika
Cherry tomatoes
Boiled basmati rice
Cardamom seeds
Cumin seeds
Hard boiled eggs
Directions:
1. Toast cumin, cloves and cardamom in a pan for a few seconds. Then set aside.
2. Pour some olive oil in the pan and fru diced onion, garlic, ginger, chili pepper and all of the spices.
3. Now add tomatoes and eggplants and let cook with some water.
4. Finely chop one hard boiled egg and stir into the pot.
5. Add two more hard boiled eggs cut in wedges and rice.
6. Mix with a wooden spoon to blend, then finish with some mint leaves.
