INGREDIENTS

240g (1.9 cups) flour (all purpose)
160g (0.7 cup) butter
Salt
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp cold water
Ham
Cheese
6 eggs
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
- Mix flour with butter. Add salt, yolk, cold water. Knead the dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form the baskets using the cupcake molds. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Put ham, cheese, egg in ready-made baskets, salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
