Chocolate cake with raspberry coulis: the amazing dessert to try

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
220 g of almond flour
150 g of butter
100 g of powdered sugar
25 g of cocoa powder
4 eggs
50 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
- For the ganache:
180 g of milk chocolate
50 g of honey
140 g of cream
- For the icing:
150 g of milk chocolate
40 g of chopped almonds
15 g of sunflower seeds oil
Raspberries coulis and raspberries
Directions:
1. Cake: mix almond flour, cocoa, powdered sugar and salt in a bowl. Aside, mix butter and egg yolks then add dry ingredients. Whip egg whites with sugar and add to the batter.
2. Bake at 170° for 35 minutes.
3. Now make ganache by mixing chocolate, cream and honey in a saucepan.
4. Icing: Melt chocolate with oil, then stir in chopped almonds.
5. Now assemble the cake.
