Raspberries Cheesecake: perfect for a dinner part!

Ingredients:
- 120g biscuits
- 40g melted butter
- 200g cheese cream
- 100g white chocolate
- 50g sugar
- Lime zest
- 150ml whipping cream
- 300g raspberries
- 50ml raspberry coulis

Method:
Crush the biscuits in food processor. Mix it with melted butter.
Form the crust in a spring form. Put raspberries on the crust.
Mix cheese cream, white chocolate, lime zest and sugar.
Add whipping cream and combine.
Pout the cream cheese mixture over the crust
Using a pipette and raspberry coulis, make the desired decoration.
Chill for 3 hours
