Tiramisù truffles: the delicious dessert ready in no time

Ingredients:
200 g of biscuits
250 g of mascarpone
30 ml of coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon icing sugar
30 g of bitter cocoa
Hazelnut cream
Directions:
1. Blend the biscuits and place them in a bowl.
2. Add icing sugar, mascarpone, coffee, vanilla and mix very well.
3. Form balls of 15 g each and fill with hazelnut cream.
4. Dip them in bitter cocoa and put them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
