Stuffed phyllo dough rolls: the recipe for a quick and tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
- For the stuffing:
550 g of minced meat
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp of chopped coriander
50 g of chinese noodles
1 tsp of tomato paste
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of turmeric
Shredded cheese
- For the rolls:
14 phyllo dough sheets
1 cup of milk
50 g of melted butter
Directions:
1. Stir fry garlic and onion in a pan with some oil, then add meat.
2. Meanwhile soak chinese noodles in boiling water.
3. Season the meat with all of the spices. Then add tomato paste, too.
4. Drain, cut and mix the noodles in the pan with meat.
5. Let cool the stuffing.
6. Brush phyllo dough sheets with milk and melted butter mixture.
7. Fill and roll the dough, and repeat until you finish the dough.
8. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
9. Cut the rolls in smaller pieces and serve.
