Cocoa and cream truffles: the recipe for some irresistible treats

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
4 eggs
180 g of sugar
170 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
3 tbsp of hot water
- For the filling:
150 g of room-temperature butter
150 g of condensed milk
3 tbsp of rum (or coffee)
Cocoa powder for coating
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar. Then add sifted flour and baking powder.
2. Stir in oil and water, mix well.
3. Pour the batter into a tray coated with baking paper, then bake at 180° until done.
4. Whisk butter and stir in condensed milk and rum.
5. Crumble the cake and mix in the filling made before.
6. Mix with your hands until you get a firm dough, then shape the truffles.
7. Coat them with cocoa powder.
8. Lastly, decorate with some filling on top.
