Orange mousse: the recipe for simple and delicious spoon dessert

Ingredients:
(for 7-8 cups)
300 ml of orange juice
Grated orange zest
60 g of sugar
3 eggs
3 g of sheet gelatin
150 ml of cream
Directions:
1. Pour orange juice and orange zest in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Whisk egg yolks with sugar, then drain and add warm juice.
3. Place the mixture in the saucepan and cook on the stove, stirring until it thickens.
4. Pour 1 tbsp of this mixture on the bottom of your cups.
5. Then add hydrated gelatin, cover with some plastic wrap and let cool.
6. Stir in whipped cream, add grated orange zest and pour into the cups.
7. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
8. Decorate with some more grated orange zest and serve.
