No-knead buns: how to make them crispy outside and soft on the inside

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
370 g of water
7 g of fresh brewer's yeast
12 g of salt
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water.
2. Pour this mixture in the flour and stir well.
3. Then add salt and shape into a soft mixture.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until it doubles its size.
5. Make the buns on a tray using a spoon.
6. Bake at 250° for 10 minutes, then spray with water and bake for another 10 minutes.
