Stuffed chicken with potatoes: the tasty meat recipe for the holidays

Ingredients:
1 boneless chicken (about 1 kg)
400 g of mushrooms
400 g of sausage
1 egg
150 g of bread
200 ml of milk
50 g of walnuts
30 g of grated cheese
1 kg of potatoes
1 garlic clove
Salt, oil and pepper
Rosemary
Directions:
1. Cook mushrooms in a pan and set a side.
2. Soak bread with milk.
3. Mix sausage, egg, cheese, rosemary, bread, walnuts, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
4. Stuff the chicken and use kitchen twine to close.
5. Place it in a baking tray with potatoes.
6. Bake at 200° for 90 minutes, turning it at half cooking time.
