Holidays apple cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and fragrant

Ingredients:
3 apples (about 600 g)
3 medium sized eggs
120 g of sugar (60 g granulated + 60 g brown sugar)
Half a lemon zest
Half an orange zest
1 packet of vanillin
Cinnamon
125 g of white yogurt
80 ml of sunflower seeds oil
300 g of cake flour
1 packet of baking powder (16 g)
Directions:
1. Peel apples and cut them in thin slices.
2. Mix eggs, sugar, lemon and orange grated zest, vanillin and cinnamon.
3. When you get a fluffy batter add yogurt and oil.
4. Sift and add baking powder and flour, a little bit at a time.
5. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.
6. Decorate with some more apple slices on top and sprinkle with brown sugar.
7. Bake at 180° for 45/50 minutes.
