Orange apple cake: the perfect recipe to make it tall and soft!

So fluffy and flavorful, this cake is a must-try! 
 
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
270g (2 cups) flour
12g (2 1/2 tsp) baking powder
60ml (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
90g (1/2 cup) yogurt
3 apples
1 orange
Brown sugar

METHOD
  1. Cut the apples into cubes. Add it to a bowl and put orange juice and orange peel.
  2. In another bowl put eggs and sugar. Whisk it and add oil. Mix and add flour and baking powder. Mix and add yogurt.
  3. Put apple cubes and mix. Pour the mixture into a round pan and decorate with apple slices and brown sugar.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
  5. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
