Sponge cake without baking powder: you need to try this dessert

Ingredients:
4 eggs + 1 yolk
160 g of sugar
160 g of flour
20 g cornstarch
20 g butter (melted)
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs and yolk with the sugar.
2. To pasteurize the eggs, first dissolve the sugar with the help of a saucepan with water.
3. Whip everything until you have a frothy mixture.
4. Then sift and combine flour, cornflour and melted butter.
5. Pour the mixture into a 21cm mould.
6. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
