Apple fluffy cake with nuts: the recipe for an easy and fragrant dessert

Ingredients: 
3 eggs 
100 g of sugar 
90 ml of oil 
125 g of cream or 1 cup of yogurt 
200 g of flour 
50 g of finely chopped almonds
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of baking powder 
1 apple 
1 handful of: walnuts, almonds, almond flakes, oats or any other nuts
2 tbsp of brown sugar 
 
Directions: 
1. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add oil and cream. 
2. Stir in almonds, flour, salt and baking powder. 
3. Dice the apple and season with a bit of lemon juice. Then add nuts, oats and brown sugar. 
4. Mix all of these ingredients to combine. 
5. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold, then sprinkle on top with the apples and nuts mixture. 
6. Bake at 170° for 30 minutes. 
7. If you like you can brush the cake with some syrup, or decorate with powdered sugar.
