Apple cake: a easy recipe for a delicious dessert!

INGREDIENTS
300g / 2.4 cups flour (all purpose)
15g baking powder
150g / 0.75 cup sugar
50ml / 1.7oz milk
150g / 0.66 cup oil
3 eggs
6 apples
 
Butter
Breadcrumbs
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add milk and sunflower oil, beat. Add flour with baking powder, beat. Peel, chop apples and put in the dough. Mix.
  2. Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the dough into the mold. In the middle of the form, put a whole apple and slices around it.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
